Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information RoughHades Scripts collects when you use this website or purchase a Product, and how we use it.

We never see your payment details

All purchases are handled entirely by Tebex, our third-party payment processor. Your card number, billing address, and other payment details go directly to Tebex -- we never receive, see, or store them.

Information we collect

• Order records: when you complete a purchase, Tebex sends us a notification containing your email address, Tebex username, the product(s) purchased, and the amount paid. We store this in our database to keep a record of your order and provide support if you need it.
• Site usage data: if/when we use an analytics tool such as Google Analytics, it collects standard usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type) via cookies, to help us understand traffic and improve the site.
• Support communications: if you contact us directly (email, Discord), we retain that conversation to provide support.

We do not currently offer site accounts or logins, so we don't collect passwords or profile data.

How we use this information

• To fulfill and keep a record of your order;
• To provide customer support;
• To understand site traffic and improve the store (analytics);
• To measure the effectiveness of our own marketing (e.g. ads), in aggregate -- not to build an individual profile of you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

• Tebex -- payment processing and delivery.
• Supabase -- database hosting for our order records.
• Netlify -- website hosting.
• Google Analytics / Google Ads (if enabled) -- site analytics and marketing measurement.

We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't share it beyond what's needed to run the store and the services listed above.

Cookies

This site may use cookies for basic site functionality and, where enabled, analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work, though analytics won't be recorded for you.

Data retention

We keep order records for as long as reasonably necessary for support, accounting, and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what order data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we're legally required to keep for tax/accounting purposes), by emailing roughhades12481@gmail.com.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
