Refund Policy

All purchases from RoughHades Scripts are processed, billed, and fulfilled entirely by Tebex, our third-party payment processor and merchant of record. We never see or store your payment details, and we do not run a separate refund process of our own -- our policy mirrors Tebex's, because Tebex is who actually handles the transaction and any refund.

All sales are final

As with all purchases made through Tebex, all transactions are final and there are no refunds. Digital products are delivered instantly and, in the case of escrow-protected FiveM scripts, access is granted to your linked Cfx.re/Keymaster account immediately on payment -- this is why refunds generally aren't offered once a purchase completes.

No refund if banned or if your server closes

• If you are banned from the Tebex platform for a rules violation after a purchase is delivered, that purchase is forfeited and will not be refunded.
• If the server or account a purchase was tied to is discontinued or closed, the purchase is forfeited and will not be refunded.

Statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy overrides consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country (for example, EU/UK distance-selling withdrawal rights). Requests of that kind are handled by Tebex as the payment processor, since they hold the transaction and billing records.

How to request a refund

Because Tebex processes the payment, refund requests go to Tebex directly, not to RoughHades Scripts. Contact Tebex support at tebex.io/contact/checkout with your order/transaction ID. If you run into an issue with the script itself (a bug, missing feature you paid for, etc.) before going down the refund route, reach out to us first -- the fastest way is Discord, or email roughhades12481@gmail.com. Most delivery/functionality issues are faster to resolve as support than as a refund.
