Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoughHades Scripts website and any scripts, mods, or other digital products ("Products") you purchase from us. By purchasing or using a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying: a license, not ownership

Purchasing a Product gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that Product on your own FiveM/RedM server(s), for as long as your license with our payment processor (Tebex) remains valid. You do not own the underlying code or assets, and this license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or share a Product, in whole or in part, with any third party;
• Remove, bypass, or attempt to circumvent Asset Escrow or any other license/anti-piracy protection;
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works for redistribution;
• Use a Product on a server you do not own or operate, or after your license has been revoked.

2. Purchases and payment

All purchases are processed by Tebex, our third-party payment processor and merchant of record. Tebex's own terms and checkout policies apply to the transaction itself. We never receive or store your card details. See our Refund Policy for how refunds are handled.

3. Support and updates

We provide reasonable support for bugs and functionality that doesn't work as described, for actively-sold Products. Support does not include custom feature requests, compatibility with unsupported or heavily modified frameworks, or help with server issues unrelated to our Product. We may, but are not obligated to, release updates, and we may discontinue support for a Product at our discretion with reasonable notice where practical.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use a Product for any unlawful purpose;
• File a chargeback or payment dispute for a Product you continue to use -- this is treated as fraud and will result in license revocation and, where applicable, being reported to Tebex/Cfx.re;
• Abuse, harass, or threaten our support staff or community.

5. Intellectual property

All Products, including their source code, design, and associated assets, are and remain the exclusive property of RoughHades Scripts. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership or IP rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 1.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee a Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every server configuration beyond what is explicitly stated in the Product description.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoughHades Scripts' total liability arising out of or relating to a Product or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid for that Product, and we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or server downtime.

8. Termination

We may revoke your license to a Product, without refund, if you breach these Terms -- including piracy, redistribution, or chargeback fraud. Sections 1 (as it concerns rights you never received), 5, 6, and 7 survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of a Product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country require otherwise. Any dispute not otherwise resolved will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
